In 2010 NOBLE have organized Direct Job Mela in a scientific and processed manner providing job opportunity to 1033 out of 3888 counseled at Ungutur constituency assigned by the Hon’ble Rural Development Minister, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and closely monitored by the District Collector of West Godavari and OSD of Rural Development Minister, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

After successful completion of the programme, Shri. K. Rosaiah, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri. Jayaram Ramesh, Hon’ble Environment & Forest Minister, Govt. of India, Shri. N. Raghuveera Reddy, Hon’ble Agriculture Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri. Ponnala Laxmaiah, Hon’ble Minister of Irrigation, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and Shri. Vatti Vasanth Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Rural Development, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh Interacted with beneficiaries of Job Mela and appreciated the work done by the organization.

The above said programme has later became the state policy and was further scaled up by EGMM Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

The Said programme has become a successful model and was impressed by the following public representatives to replicate the same programme in their constituency with their own contribution.
