EDUCATION

NEES works in the areas of education, empowerment, healthcare services, and gender equality. The organisation acts as a catalyst in bridging the gap between the industry requirements and the market availability.

Computer Literacy Programme: Noble Educational Empowerment Society entered an MoU with Simson Pharma Limited Mumbai for the FY -2022-23 , a CSR initiative to give Free computer education & Soft skills to the ZPHS secondary schools at Nagunur, Karimnagar District. To train 300 children of age group from 11-16 years.
1. Sponsorship by Mr. Dr. P.S. Rao Garu, Managing Director of Simson Pharma Limited Mumbai in Setting up a computer lab for Digital education, Salaries of computer & Karat faculty to provide training through the year at Nagunur ZPH Government school & 5 more government school of Karimnagar District.
2. On behalf of Raj Bhavan request Telugu & Hindi Qualified & experienced Teachers appointed by Mr. Dr.P.S Rao Garu, Managing Director of Simson Pharma Limited Mumbai to initiate the sponsorship and support for higher education of Raj bhavan school students on the request of Governor.

NEES Conduct various Entrepreneurship Awareness Programmes regularly to nurture the talent of youth by enlightening them on various aspects of industrial activity required for setting up own business

JOB FAIRS

Employment is the crucial link between growth and reduction in poverty. Poverty alleviation, employment, equitable income distribution across social classes and regions. NEES focus not only on creation of jobs, but the creation of more fulfilling and better-paying jobs that are more productive

HEALTH CAMPS

NEES conduct   comprehensive Outdoor Education experience taking classroom curriculum and teach trainee environmental awareness through direct learning in the out-of-doors and encourage  to develop problem solving skills among the  peer interactions

Annual Reports

Telangana Scheduled Castes Co-Operative Development Corporation Ltd: NEES entered into an MOU on 04-09-2021, for the trade Field Technician-Other Home Appliances, and starting a batch is in progress. Completed 70-member residential training and currently 35 trainee undergoing training in domestic data entry operator course.

SAMEIP PROJECT Noble Educational Empowerment Society entered  an MoU with Teamlease Edtech Limited  Project- SAMEIP for the FY -2022-23 a employability initiative for Person with Disabilities especially Orthopedic and Hearing impaired unemployed youth in  the course Banking Financial  Services & Insurance ( BFSI) with duration of 60 days Funded by SBI Foundation, Microsoft & American India Foundation  Currently 50 trainees undergoing training in BFSI  in NEES skill center at Peerzadiguda branch

Dodla Private Limited: Noble Educational Empowerment Society entered an for the FY -2022-23 a CSR initiative to provide skill development programme to unemployed youth in the IT-ITeS Sector for 45 days of training. Total 120 trainee completed training in the course Junior Software Developers with placement assistance

INSPIRE LABS SOLUTION PRIVATE LTD: Noble Educational Empowerment Society entered  an MoU for the FY -2022-23  a  CSR initiative to provide skill development programme to unemployed Women in the  Retail secor for 30 days of training. Total 70 trainee completed training in the course Trainee Associate with placement assistance in Hyderabad.

CSR Project with Trrain Trust: An MOU had been signed in the month of      May 2021 to empower women in the retail sector which is a huge market now and, in the days, to come. We have trained 77 candidates successfully and provided placement for 54 candidates and is still in progress. Another 30 member’s batch is in progress

Dodla Dairy: We have entered an MOU on 05-04-2021, and trained 100 members in retail sector and placed 71 candidates.

Trained in Sectors like Logistics, Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing,  sector skill council. Total 120 youth are under  training  in the state of Telangana,

Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation, Andhra Pradesh:

NEES entered into MoU with BC welfare Corporation, to train 1000 unemployed BC youth under this scheme in courses like Beauty Therapist, General Duty Assistant in Andhra Pradesh. Among 1000 youth we could provide opportunity for 720 trainees.

NEES entered into a MoU with SCPWD and trained 60 youth in course Domestic Data Entry Operator.

MAEF: NEES Entered an MOU with Moulana Azad Education Foundation( MAEF) funded by Ministry of Minority Affairs, Govt of India. NEES conducting Gharib Nawaz Skill Development under MAEF for training 440 trainees belonging to minority communities of Telangana & Karnataka for the job roles Home Health aid, Sewing Machine operators & CCTV installation Technician

NSDC PMKVY-02: Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana: Funded by Govt of India

Trained in Sectors like Logistics, Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing,  sector skill council. Total 120 youth are under  training  in the state of Telangana,

CSR Project with United Way of Hyderabad:

NEES entered an MoU with United way of Hyderabad under CSR Activity. Training 230 member in Borabanda  ( Hyderabad) in courses  DEO. Total 170 candidates have been trained for FY-2018-2019 and placed 105 beneficiaries and still the placement is ongoing. Currently 60 members are ongoing.

CSR Project With Landmark IT Solutions: 

NEES entered an MoU with Landmark under CSR activity to train 375 differently abled youth in hyderabad & Secunderabad location for the job roles Trainee associate & Data entry operator. Total 375 candidates have been trained and placed 220 beneficiaries and still the placement is ongoing.

 

CSR Project With Starpowerz Pvt Ltd: 

NEES entered an MoU with Starpowerz  under CSR activity to train 375 Unemployed youth in hyderabad & Secunderabad location for the job roles of Loan Approval Officer. Total trained 375 and placed 276. Still the placement is ongoing.

CSR Project With Micropack Pvt Ltd: 

NEES entered an MoU with Micropack  under CSR activity to train  440 Unemployed youth in Hyderabad & Secunderabad location for the job role Data Entry Operator. Total trained 440 and placed 317. Still the placement is ongoing.

BC Corporation:

NEES entered an MoU with Andhrapradesh Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd and trained 1000 unemployed BC youth under this scheme in the courses like Beauty Therapist & General Duty Assistant in Andhrapradesh. Among 1000 youth, we could provide opportunity for 605 trainee

Funded by Govt of India Trained in Sectors like Logistics, Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing,  sector skill council. Total 105 youth completed training  in the state of Telangana,

SIPDA: Scheme for Implementation of Persons With Disabilities Act

NEES entered into a MoU with SCPWD and trained 100 youth in courses like Handset Mobile Engineer-II, Customer care Executive (Call center), & Sewing Machine Operators in Hyderabad and placed 70% youth for FY 2017-18. For FY2018-19 NEES received a workorder for 540 youth  in the courses like Customer care Executive (Call center),  Sewing Machine Operators & Domestic Date Entry Operator.

CSR Project With Swadesh Foundation:

NEES entered an MoU with swadesh Foundation ( HSBCSKILLS For LIFE)  under CSR activity to train 720 differently abled youth in hyderbad & waranagal location for the job roles Trainee associate & Data entry operator. Total 120 candidates have been trained for FY-2017-2018 and placed 50 beneficiaries and still the placement is ongoing.

CSR Project with United Way Of Hyderabad:

NEES entered an MoU with United way of Hyderabad under CSR Activity. Training 360 member in Borabanda  ( Hyderabad) in courses like BSPA, CCTV installation Technician & DEO. Total 250 candidates have been trained for FY-2017-2018 and placed 219 beneficiaries

NSDC PMKVY-02: Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana: Funded by Govt of India

Trained in Sectors like Logistics, Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing, Gems & Jewellery, Tourism & Hospitality sector skill council. Total 750 youth undergoing training  in various locations  like khammam, vishakapatnam, Bharampur & Balasore.

CCDP-ITDA-Conservation Cum Development Plan( MINISTRY OF TRIBAL AFFAIRS):

NEES entered an MoU with ITDA -Govt of Telangana to impart skills to tribal youth in Mannanur ( Mahabubnagar) in course like Tailoring, Agriculture Motor Winding & BSPA.

 MEPMA- AP: MEPMA is a scheme under NULM( National Urban Livelihood Mission),  NEES has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to impart skill development to unemployed youth living in municipal areas and to facilitate their placement. Nearly 664 youth trained in courses like Electrical House wiring & Health Sector
