SKILL DEVELOPMENT | ENTERPRENEUR PROGRAMMES | JOB MELAS

OBJECTIVE:-

To enable the identified unemployed rural youth in making the correct decision based on informed choices of career opportunities available suiting precisely to qualification and aptitude of the candidate and to Orientation programme for one hour & Followed by employment.

APPROACH:-

An aspirant driven approach where the candidate is first assessed through online test and his interest captured based on his skill set which becomes the basis for identifying his/her level and type of orientation required to acquired an appropriate job.

PROCESS:-

The stages involved are as follows.

Step:1           Press note

Step:2           Registrations/ Collection & Collation of data of unemployed youth

Stage 3:           Scrutinizing through online test & slot booking for orientation

Stage 4:           Lining up the recruiters

Stage 5            Orientation program

Stage 6            Interviews

 

2016 - Adilabad

In 2016 NEES was invited by Singareni Collieries Company Limited to organize a Mega Job Mela in Adilabad- Srirampur, Mandamarri, Goleti Mandals  and Warangal – Bhopalpally Mandal

2013 - Mahabubabad-Warangal

In 2013, a mega job mela was organized at Mahabubabad, Warangal district, total 2187 youth attended the jobmela , out of which 1137 members were selected and provided offer letter

2013 - Bhadrachalam- Khamam

In 2013, a Job mela was organized in Bhadrachalam by humble intervention of Shri P.Balaram Naik, Hon’ble Minister of state for Social Justice & Empowerment, total 3678 youth attended the jobmela , out of which 1963 members were selected and provided offer letter

2010 - Pilot Project Assigned

In 2010, NEES was assigned to organise a Direct Job Mela in Ungutur Constituency, West Godavari Dist. of Andhra Pradesh by the Honorable Rural Development Minister, Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the supervision of the respected District Collector and OSD of the Rural Development Minister, total 3000 youth attended the jobmela , out of which 1017 members were selected and provided offer letter
